If you’re greeted by sunshine and a slow start this morning, step into Coracle, where the quiet crackle of binchotan charcoal fills the air. Benny places a delicate fillet of fish or chicken on the “Hibachi ”, gently seasoned with ‘Shio’ salt.

The aroma of melting butter mingles with the crisping skin, a quiet dance of flavors.

For a moment of true comfort, we invite you to savor Ouchi Gohan, a Japanese home-style meal _ a mindful experience. Warm soup, fragrant rice rising with steam, accompanied by okazu and a drizzle of house-made soy sauce.
